As the company has grown and Carefree Partners Investments’ vision has grown, we have become involved in projects that we feel are groundbreaking and speak to a long-term commitment to the community.  We will not undertake a project unless we can develop a vision consistent with our company philosophy.  Each of our current projects speaks to our desire to create great places, create great communities, and create long-term opportunities for people to live, work and recreate in a community they can call their own.
