Carefree Buckeye 62 LLC along with Tait Development purchased 62 acres of farm land along the SR 85 corridor in Buckeye, AZ in December 2021. The partnership worked with the City of Buckeye to rezone the property from Rural Residential to I-1 (Light Industrial) in 2023.
