Buckeye Apex is visioned as a major urban center for the southwest valley. The City of Buckeye is considering the location between the Buckeye airport and Interstate 11 along Interstate 10 as one of the most important economic development and “statement” corridors in the city, if not in the entire Phoenix Metropolitan area. Apex will be zoned as an urban center with verticality, an extensive variety of uses, walkability principles and include, we believe, a significant civic component. The future of Buckeye is huge, and this is the Apex.
