Amenities: The property is located immediately south of the Phoenix/Goodyear Airport between Highway 85 and the planned Interest 10 Reliever Freeway that will be along the Broadway Road alignment. This is the ideal location for an airpark with a mixture of commercial, retail and industrial uses. The site is currently zoned C-2, I-1, and I-2. The P.A.D. creates a flexible distribution of C-2, I1, and some I-2 uses throughout the airpark rather than restricting commercial, retail, or industrial uses to specific areas within the airpark.

 

Comments: The Goodyear AirPark P.A.D. intends to implement the City’s vision of a high-quality business park development south of the Phoenix/Goodyear Airport. The P.A.D. proposes a combination of commercial, retail, and industrial uses within a high-grade business park environment. The P.A.D. is an independent district that establishes specific land uses and development standards that implement the General Plan.
